Return Policy

Salon After-care Hair Products:

Due to hygienic reasons, hair products purchased from this site cannot be returned or exchanged. However, this does not affect you statutory rights

Clip-in & Weft/Weave Extensions:

Again, due to hygienic reasons, hair extensions purchased from this site cannot be returned or exchanged. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the colour or shade of the hair extensions you wish to purchase before completing the checkout procedure. If unsure, please click the colour chart of the respective hair extensions collection (you wish to purchase from) in order to ascertain the appropriate (or the correct) hair shade/colour match before purchasing.

Weft or weaving extensions(NOT Clip-ins) has 14 days return period from the date of purchase within which they can be returned provided they have not been unravelled and the string seal is not broken or taken off the packaging. That is, it should be in the same condition as purchased. Please be informed that once the seal is broken it cannot be returned or exchanged.
